Here are the documents explaining the Michigan Court of Appeals decision to uphold the original ruling by the circuit court judge in the Rose Township vs Devoted Barn/Melissa Borden case. This case was about The Devoted Barn bringing the dogs to the property and not abiding by township ordinances.
